Today has been such a lazy day it has been wonderful! I made chocolate chip banana pancakes for breakfast! ;p Blasting music on my new beautiful burgundy speaker. Dancing and enjoying the day!

I have been making smoothies in the afternoon that have been amazing! So energizing and nutritious! I will share my green smoothie recipe below!
I have been wanting to add running into my workout, but it has felt daunting and not sure were to start. . .?
So yesterday I ran for 15 minuets, I did this thing were I ran one minuet then walked for 30 seconds. I am so sore, but it also feels so good. I might be a bit of a masochistic, I like the pain.
I am proud of myself that I finally started, and I will continue to get better I am sure.

Green Smoothie Recipe:
1 cup non dairy yogurt
Handful of spinach
1 cup soy milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 spoonful of barley grass powder
2 spoonfuls of Lecithin Granuels
1 banana
1 cup water
Sugar to taste
Blend
and
Enjoy!!!
