My new planner came yesterday! Yay! ;p
So today I have been getting organized, and planning fun actives. Like spa days and field trips, as well as just my day to day actives. Like trying out new recipes and dinner plans.
I love writing in my journal while drinking my coffee! Such a simple pleasure.
This last week I ran twice for thirty minuets, Yay!!! I plan on running Friday as well so that will be three times this week. I am still on the one minuet on thirty seconds off. I think I will try one minuet thirty seconds running, thirty seconds walk. Exciting to see so much progress.
Anyway I am working on my Gluten Free recipes right now. I made some good gluten free bagels this morning. Just the other night I made some wonderful gluten free chocolate chip cookies. I will post my gluten free cookie recipe below!

My Air fryer/instant pot is still not here :( but maybe today. . . ?
I have no idea what to make for dinner, but if the instant pot/Air fryer comes then I want to use it! I might need a plan A and a plan B for dinner again. You would think by now I would have it all figured out, but here I am.
I want to work on a good gluten free bread recipe. I might make some tonight. Yes, I think I will start on that next. If it turns out I could use it with dinner.
I am finally feeling better today, I have been feeling awful. I haven’t been able to think straight. Its been foggy outside and foggy in my head. However, today the sun is shinning.
